Package Stuck or Delayed?
Occasionally, packages may experience delays due to weather, customs processing, or high shipping volume. If your tracking hasn't updated in 5+ business days, please contact our support team with your order number and we'll help investigate.
International Orders
International shipments may show limited tracking detail once they leave the origin country, depending on local carrier handoff. Full tracking typically resumes once the package clears customs and enters the destination country's postal network.
