Shipping policy
Last updated: August 6, 2026
This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed with Hierliy.
Order processing
Orders are generally processed within 5–12 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Personalized, made-to-order, pre-order, or high-demand products may require additional time. Processing time is separate from transit time.
Shipping estimates
Available shipping methods and estimated delivery windows are shown at checkout based on the destination and products ordered. Estimates are not guarantees. Customs processing, carrier disruptions, severe weather, peak seasons, and remote destinations may cause delays outside our control.
Shipping charges and taxes
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout unless a promotion applies. Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address. International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, brokerage, or customs fees imposed by the destination country. Unless checkout states otherwise, these charges are the recipient’s responsibility.
Tracking
When tracking is available, we will send tracking details after dispatch. Tracking may take up to 72 hours to update. A shipment marked delivered should first be checked with household members, neighbors, the building reception, and the carrier.
Address changes
Contact us immediately if an address is incorrect. We cannot guarantee changes after fulfillment begins. Additional shipping costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal, or failure to collect may be charged to the customer.
Lost, delayed, or damaged parcels
Contact us promptly through the Contact page with your order number. For damaged parcels, retain the item and all packaging and provide photographs. We will assist with a carrier inquiry where appropriate, but carrier investigations may take time. Risk and consumer protections are determined by applicable law.
Split shipments
Orders containing multiple products may arrive in separate packages. You will not be charged additional shipping solely because we split an order.
