These Terms of Service govern your use of the Hierliy online store and purchases made through it. By accessing the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Store use and eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering a binding agreement in your location. You may not use the store for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purposes, interfere with security, introduce malicious code, scrape the store in violation of law, or infringe another person’s rights.

Product information

We aim to describe and display products accurately, but colors and scale may vary by screen and photography. Natural stones, pearls, and similar materials may have individual variations in color, pattern, inclusions, translucency, shape, and size. Measurements and weights are approximate unless expressly stated otherwise. Product availability is not guaranteed.

Orders and acceptance

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt and does not necessarily mean acceptance. We may reject, limit, or cancel an order for suspected fraud, pricing or inventory errors, product restrictions, or other legitimate reasons. If payment has been captured for a cancelled order, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Prices and payment

Prices, discounts, and availability may change without notice. Taxes, delivery charges, duties, and currency-conversion fees may apply as shown at checkout or imposed by third parties. You represent that payment and account information supplied is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

Shipping, returns, and refunds

Our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy form part of these terms. Delivery dates are estimates unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Jewelry care and wellness statements

Follow product-specific care instructions and keep jewelry away from harsh chemicals, excessive moisture, impact, and unsafe use. References to crystals, frequencies, energy, intention, balance, or similar wellness concepts describe traditional, cultural, or personal practices and are not medical claims. Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease and are not a substitute for professional medical advice.

Intellectual property

Store content—including text, graphics, branding, photographs, layouts, and designs—is owned by or licensed to Hierliy and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No license is granted except for personal, non-commercial use of the store.

Third-party services

The store may use or link to third-party services. We do not control their availability, content, or policies. Your use of third-party services may be governed by separate terms.

Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the store and services are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not exclude warranties, remedies, or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded. Where permitted, Hierliy will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses arising from use of the store or products.

Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify Hierliy from third-party claims caused by your unlawful use of the store or material breach of these terms.

Governing terms, severability, and changes

Applicable mandatory consumer law remains in effect. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue. We may update these terms, and continued use after publication of revisions constitutes acceptance where permitted.
